We would like to welcome you to the Castellon de Bédar website. Our names are Shane and Clare and we have lovingly converted Castellon not only into our home, but also into a luxury Bed and Breakfast and Workshop, where Clare will be offering daily, weekly and private Jewellery making classes.
Castellon de Bédar sits high up in the picturesque village of Bédar in the province of Almería, which is a wonderful part of Andalucia in Southern Spain. It is well known for being an "Artists Haven", with the unique light and tranquil and beautiful scenery, it lends itself to something very special indeed.
As soon as you walk through the gates of Castellon, you will feel that special sense of atmosphere, relaxation and a peaceful and welcoming environment. This is something that we want you to enjoy; whether you are the creative sort looking to explore that side of yourself, by attending our Jewellery Workshop courses, or whether you are simply escaping from the busy, fast World and just need to shut the gates behind you and "Lock the World out".
As we only offer the one exclusive suite which is situated on the third floor of the property, your stay with us will be very private and intimate and it can be tailored exactly to your own personal requirements, as we want you to enjoy your stay in every way. We are able to serve you on your own private quarters, on the private balcony with magnificent views of Bedar, the Old Church with the crooked spire, the moutain range, Mojácar in the distance and the blue sea beyond... Just breathtaking, or better still, enjoy sitting in a King-sized bed sipping Cava and looking out over all of that beautiful view. Life at its best!
